You will be responsible to support Sales Team develop retail distribution system, deploy programs that help drive purchase motivation from Retail Customers (Distributors, Retailers,…) and Consumer. You must ensure all the Trade Marketing activities are implemented as planned.

Responsibilities

Retail Customer Development

  • Cooperate with Sales Team to develop retail distribution system (retail outlet coverage, new sales areas, new sales market).
  • Prepare and register Trade Promotion Program, Bonus Incentive for Retail Customers (Distributors, Retailers,…).
  • Prepare and register market-related programs such as: Key Shop Program, Display Program and evaluate result to make payment.

Retail Category Development

  • Market visit to collect information from the Market/ Retail Customers/ Consumers/ Competitors to analyze and report on the market trends.
  • Research, summarize and propose plans to develop Product Portfolio, Packaging, Pricing,…

Consumer Engagement

  • Implement Consumer Promotion activities: Discount, Free samples, Gift with purchase, lucky Draw Program.
  • Implement In-store Product Display activities: ensure product display as guideline/ planogram.
  • Implement In-Store Display POSM: Shelf Display, Hanger, Wobbler, Booth, Uniform,…
  • Implement In-store visibility: Key Shop Branding (Billboard, Signboard,…), Main Shelf Decoration,…
  • Implement Trade Activation: PGs Consulting and Sampling, Trade Event, Trade Show.

Company Engagement

  • Cooperate with Sales Team to make Sales Forecast & Sales Target (Monthly/ Quaterly/ Yearly).
  • Create Sales Brief & Conduct training/ motivating about Andros product/ Company/ Trade Marketing Program to Sales Forces (Sales Team, PGs).

General task/ Trade Admin

  • Prepare and manage all Trade Marketing activities’ logistic (rental, sample & POSM delivery, POSM inventory,…) and support all procedures (quotation, contracts, invoice, sample request,…).
  • Monitor and tracking/ Audit (data & Field)/ Evaluate Trade Marketing activities performance.
  • Make summary reports.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Diploma – Experience

  • At least 1-2 years experience of working in the same position, preferably within retail/ FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics or relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English communication (prefer)

Competences

  • Good teamwork and collaboration.
  • Responsible and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to do fieldwork and willing to travel when required.
  • Be a hard-working person, detail-oriented and customer service-minded.
  • Have good business sense.
