Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & prospective clients (coffee & restaurant chains) by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
Input into the demand forecast for Unit based on sufficiency to deliver volume & value targets of Andros sales to key accounts, ensure availability of stocks in all outlets.
Promote new launching products as well as slow-moving products, ensure that key accounts focus on Andros products.
Support Sub – Distributor
Be aware of all competitive activities within the market.
Develop and implement action plans by month/quarterly/yearly.
Work with technical, NPD, R&D team where required to address customer requirements.
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
Constantly collect, analyse, and report market information, feedback, and intelligence.
Support accounting department for payments/debts collection.
Drive the end-to-end sales process.
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in food & beverage industry.
Proven record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Good relationship and have strong customer have a strong customer database in coffee & restaurant chains..
Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
Ability to work as a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to deliver results.
Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint…).
