➢ Build, organize and monitor periodical maintenance and reparation planning:
– Build and implement maintenance and reparation planning for all forklifts, for cold, electricity, water and light system, for all production machines and equipment’s at all Company sites in order to ensure that these machines and systems are always in good conditions and no risk of interruption for other services activities;
– Monitor and control quality of maintenance, reparation and cleaning of the above systems and machines in compliance with approved planning;
– Regularly follow, test and calibrate the above systems and machines to ensure they are in their best condition;
– Carry out small reparation in his/her team abilities;
– In case of heavy breakdown, timely report to Directors and immediately contact professional partners, get quotations and propose solutions; cooperate with these partners in their reparation.
➢ Realizaiton of small construction project:
– Based on objectives set by Directors, cooperate with Designer to realize detail designs: landscaping, construction… and implement these approved designs;
– Build detail financial plan for each project: material, energy, tools, equipment, workforce…;
– Coordinate with other service to calculate the final cost of each project;
– Be responsible for quantity, quality and specification of each project in respect of approved planning, approved deadline with efficient way;
– Validate project quality and hand-over project to user service.
➢ Realizaiton of small machine project:
– Prepare periodical need of tools that can be made by his/her team and timely provide these tools to requestor to ensure every body has required tools for wrok;
➢ Follow-up of spare-part, maintenance materials and tools:
– Supervise the price, quantity and deadline of purchasing request for material, energy, spare-part and toolds for his/her service;
– Optimize stock of spare-part and material in order to reduce purchasing time, to reduce cost but must ensure the minimum inventory required for broken-down problem and ensure there is no impact on normal activities of other services;
– Timely inform cash need for his/her service in compliance with internal regulations;
– Be responsible for supervision of spare-part, material, energy and toolds purchased but not used;
– Supervise the keeping and updating of spare-part follow-up file;
– Supervise the keeping and updating of price list database;
– Supervise the keeping and updating of tools follow-up file;
– Be fully responsible for tools and uniform provided to his/her service. Any loss or broken-down (except for force major causes or depreciation) should be compensated (individually or collectively) according to Company regulations.
➢ Be responsible for safety of human and machines:
– Build procedures related to health and safety at work for all machines, equipments and users;
– Supervise the respect of these procedures and timely report to Directors on any risk or any breach;
– Coordinate with HR service to organize compulsory training on health and safety at work for all users of transport meanings, machines and equipment in compliance with law;
➢ Human resources management:
– Follow-up, collect, assess and report team member productivity to HR service;
– Supervise team members on maintenance planning implementation in respect of approved budget and cost saving direction;
– Supervise team members on respect of Company regulations, Company assets safeguard and health and safety rules at work;
– Study method/process to improve productivity of his/her team member work;
– Coordinate with HR service to build and follow-up training budget and program for his/her team;
– Coordinate with HR service to assess and propose salary increase, bonus for his/her team members;
– Coordinate with HR service to assess and propose disciplinary actions applied for his/her team members;
– Coordinate with HR service recruit his/her team members: to set HR need, to prepare job description, to join screening process and to interview candidates.
➢ Other tasks:
– Assist the Board of Directors on other matters required by Company and in his/her abilities.
– BSc. degree in technology science or equivalent degree;
– Must have at least 5 years of relevant experiences in foreign company;
– Ability to understand a technical design;
– Deep knowledge in technology and process of mechanism, electricity, cold system, construction…;
– Calm, precise, careful, honest, reliable;
– Management, convincing and presentation skills;
– Effective time management, punctual;
– Be analytical and give judgment
– Service oriented, reliable, pro-active, flexible and can work harmoniously with others;
– Passionate for excellence and result-driven;
– Good English/French and Vietnamese language skills;
– Skillful with all MS Office software and basic design software.
