JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned export markets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect for and qualify potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with international customers.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in frozen food sales and frozen food market;
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding targets;
- Working knowledge of logistics and packaging.
- Having passion for fruits;
- Having a strategic and business mind;
- Bilingual with proficiency in English, French speaking and writing is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality);
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required;
- Good initiative with positive attitude, and able to travel frequently under short notice;
