JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute a variety of employee events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, celebrations, etc.
Well-being Initiatives: Research, propose, and implement employee well-being initiatives focused on physical, mental, and financial health.
Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively for employee engagement initiatives.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for event planning, and other engagement-related services.
Employee Feedback & Surveys: Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to understand employee needs and identify areas for improvement in engagement. Analyze data and recommend action plans.
Internal Communications: ensure effective and timely communication of company updates, employee achievements, and engagement initiatives. Create engaging content that promotes company values and culture.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma – Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Competences
Proficient in English (French knowledge is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design applications is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Strong event planning and organizational skills.
Hardworking, proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer.
