JOB DESCRIPTION
ERP System Management
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely input of data into Epicor ERP and integrated systems.
- Analyze business processes and align ERP functionalities with operational needs.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ERP applications through programming and scripting.
- Design user-friendly functionalities, interfaces, and reports.
- Monitor system performance, conduct diagnostic tests, and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest ERP upgrades and functionalities.
User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct ERP training sessions for employees.
- Assist users in optimizing ERP functionalities for their specific roles.
Master Data & Database Management
- Maintain and manage company master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Collaborate with departments and Group IT to collect, update, and deploy master data efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma – Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
2. Competences
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP development tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and C#.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, with knowledge of Java and full-stack development being a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
